Test labs BERTL and Buyer’s Lab Inc. (BLI) recognise high performing KYOCERA printers and MFPs

KYOCERA MITA is delighted to announce that its printers and multifunctional devices have achieved top ratings from two highly respected independent test laboratories. The TASKalfa 552ci colour multifunctional device (MFP) and the ECOSYS FS-C8500DN colour printer have both achieved BERTL’s highest 5 Stars: Exceptional rating, while the FS-1128MFP has been awarded Buyer’s Lab Inc.’s coveted “Pick of the Year” award.
TASKalfa 552ci – BERTL 5 stars
In awarding the 55ppm TASKalfa 552ci MFP 5 Stars BERTL praised the device’s high productivity and superior ease-of-use, with analysts declaring themselves “exceptionally impressed with its animated step-by-step instructions for device management and intuitive help guides.” BERTL also recognized the stand-out reliability of the TASKalfa 552ci offered through long life consumables and components and lengthy maintenance intervals which “deliver a durable imaging system day-in, day-out.” Further praise was given to the TASKalfa 552ci’s multitasking facilities, enabling users to scan while also printing or copying. BERTL’s analysts concluded: “The TASKalfa 552ci brings the WOW factor to business by demonstrating outstanding vivid colours, new levels of speed and intuitive ease of use.” The TASKalfa 552ci has also received 4.5 stars from BLI with reviewers noting its excellent image quality and ease of use.
FS-C8500DN – BERTL 5 Stars
Exceptional ease of use, high productivity and cutting edge security features all contributed to the KYOCERA ECOSYS FS-C8500DN’s achievement of BERTL’s 5 Stars: Exceptional rating. Summing up the device’s performance reviewers stated: “Kyocera has done an amazing job with the design of the ECOSYS FS-C8500DN with its exceptional performance speeds, outstanding image quality, and ease of use. During BERTL’s extensive testing of the ECOSYS FS-C8500DN, this colour, laser-based printer for mid-size to large workgroups performed exceptionally well.”
FS-1128MFP – BLI Pick of the Year
Not to be outdone by its larger colour rivals, the FS-1128MFP mono MFP has triumphed in winning BLI’s prestigious “Pick of the Year” Awards in the personal multifunction segment. BLI praised the device’s ease of use and management, and also remarked on its exceptionally low running costs in its class.
