Changes in Executive Officers

KYOCERA MITA Corporation has decided to change its Executive Officers at a meeting of the Board of Directors of KYOCERA MITA Corporation, as set forth below.
This change takes effect as of 1st April 2011. For KYOCERA MITA Europe B.V. it means a change of the Managing Board: Mr. Yoshiaki Onishi, currently acting as Vice President will be the successor of Mr.Takashi Kuki, President of KYOCERA MITA Europe. Mr. Kuki is going to meet a new challenge in Japan in the newly established Corporate Sales Division as Senior General Manager from April on.
